Custom Jewelry Process:

We will have you provide information regarding your custom piece and answer any questions you may have. We will ask for any inspiration pictures to help us design the perfect piece.

Please be Prepared to Provide:

Stone specs: EXAMPLE  3 Carat Round F-VS1

Ring Size: EXAMPLE  Size 7

Band Width: EXAMPLE 2mm

Material: 10k/14k/18k White or Yellow Gold, Platinum, Silver, Black Gold

Ring Head Style: 4/6 Prong, Bezel, Basket, Cathedral, Halo, Hidden Halo

Prong style: Claw, Petite Claw, Compass Four Prong, Double Prong, Button, Block, Bubble

Band Design: Custom impressions, Pave, Euro Shank

Band Profile: Square, Flat, Completely Round, Half round

Band Thickness: Petite, Standard, Thick

 

We can help you gather all of the information above! We are very thorough with our communication so that we can make sure we get your ring made PERFECT on the first try.

Total production and logistics time will take about three to four weeks to get the jewelry in your hand.

Once we get a price for your piece you will be sent an invoice to pay a $200 Deposit.

After the deposit is paid we will send all of the information collect to our designer.

Within 24-48 Hours we will send your CAD (Computer aided design) for review.

At this time we can take the necessary steps to either revise or accept the CAD.

After we accept the CAD file, 50% of the total cost must be paid to get your custom jewelry ordered. Your initial $200 Deposit will be included in this 50%

Once the 50% deposit is placed, the CAD will be sent to the production team to begin manufacturing your dream ring!

Expect to get a picture of the completed Jewelry via Text or Email within 5-10 days.

After Obvvsly Brilliant receives the piece, we will carefully inspect the jewelry to guarantee it meets our quality expectations.

After it goes through quality control will we then send you better quality pictures to verify the piece is correct.

The remaining balance will be paid prior to your item being shipped out. We will insure your package and ship it VIA FedEx 2-3 day and provide tracking details.

We also have the option to ship to your local Walgreens so you can pick the package up during Walgreens business hours.
